“Staff for check in and cleaning were very nice and had great service. Free tuk tuk rides to places closeby. Communication over text and email was a little slow though. Room, pool, sauna, gym and changerooms were very clean but the steam room was under maintenance. Not sure why the pool lights turned off at 9:30 pm but closed at 10pm.”

“The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. "The property is well located with the Royal Palace a short walk away. The room was well appointed and clean and the aircon was very good. The room was quiet with no street noise whatsoever. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was really good with a huge choice. If I visit Phnom Penh I will definitely be staying here again. Superb."
