Walk a 1/2 block to the beach through the quiet neighborhood or 1 block to the river in the opposite direction- note this location offers you the ability to not miss any sunrise or sunset. The primary bedroom offers French doors to the pool and spacious bathroom. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Third bedroom has two twins and the fourth bedroom is a studio layout and it has a queen bed, living room and a kitchen. Making the fourth bedroom is perfect for multi-family vacations.

Pool is heated in the winter Oct to May 31st.

Due to City Ordinance we are only allowed total of 4 automobiles, trucks, boats motorcycles and trailers parked in driveway. There is NO garage access
