"This is a beautiful hotel with phenomenal customer service. The hotel is located right on the periphery of the historic center of Ghent on a quiet street with taxi access and several restaurants. Ghent is magnificent, and when we go back, we'll definitely stay at Pillows."

I love the eating and social area where when you can go in the evening, they are so welcoming. There are also games and a nice setting for visiting. "

"Room was clean, staff went above and beyond to help us..."Arthur" was fantastic in helping us locate a pharmacy open late as my son developed tonsillitis and had to have a prescription filled. Breakfast was amazing...location was great! A bit noisy due to construction...but no fault of the hotel"
