“Dear Henk, dear Ellen, we really enjoyed our stay in your apartment. The check-in works perfectly, as does the friendly communication with you. On request, we were also provided with the baby chair for our stay. In the evening you can end the day in the hot tub. With a toddler you have to be a little careful, because the stairs to both the apartment and the bedroom do not have a railing on both sides. “We had a great time in Ghent. The apartment was small but clean and newly renovated. The location was a buzzy student area with lots of bars and fast food outlets, which was fun, but could get a little rowdy on weekend evenings. Buses into the centre or to the train station were a few minutes walk away. (Different directions) The Belgian people that we met were kind hearted and generous of spirit.”

“We had a great stay! The room was just as the photos. There were towels, tea, a hairdryer, and a kettle. At the entrance, there were recommendations for bars, restaurants, and activities. The location is also great! What could have been better was communication prior to arrival. I had to fill out a long form to receive check-in instructions, and I also had issues with the instructions. Contact via WhatsApp was helpful and quick in resolving the issues.”
