We enjoyed our stay very much. The room is clean and bathroom modern. The hotel Parking is a real plus. The staff were friendly. Memmingen is a jewel and well worth a visit.

Traditional hotel that had plenty of character, good parking and a super location. However, the furniture, carpets, etc all felt a bit dated. Breakfast was a bit on the basic side. I'd go back though. The town centre was really good, loads of bars and restaurants that seemed exceptional value.

Nice, old hotel. Decent free breakfast. Dinner was a bit “stuffy” for my tastes but the tables were busy so it must be good. Luggage storage behind the front desk was no problem at all when we asked if we could leave our bags and walk around town.

Great locating or a great hotel

Very nice historic hotel. It has been a ‘hits’ since 1590! Very goad food, rooms, service, parking, and smiles. Great location…close to good restaurants, nice shopping, medieval buildings, and museums. Have Fun!

My parents and I stayed here in October 2022. Our experience could not have been any better, starting right from the moment Brigitte welcomed us with such joy and warmth. She was wonderful, as was this hotel. There is an old world charm here, and this is also true of Memmingen, which this hotel sits right in the heart of. I hope to someday make it back to Memmingen, and will stay here as without question my first option.

Cozy Hotel

The staff was friendly and the hotel is convenient to the train station and quaint little town. The parking is right across the narrow cobblestone street. The first room we were in the AC wasn't working, so they moved our rooms and the second AC was noisy but otherwise the service and rooms were excellent.

Für eine spontane Übernachtung ganz gut. Nach einem langem Flug als Zwischenübenachtung war es ganz akzeptabel. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch in Ordnung.

Enkelt overnatning - familieferie

Overnatningsstop på vej på ferie. Fint og rummeligt familie værelse. Med dobbeltseng og to enkelt senge. Rent og pænt. Ældre hotel men fint holdt. Lækker morgenmadsbuffet med pålæg på køl. I øvrigt meget fin og hyggelig by med lækre isbutikker og flotte sydtyske huse.

Das Zimmer war ein langer Schlauch mit einer bodentiefen Tür am Ende. Der Blick ging gegen eine mannshohe schmutziggraue Wand in 1,5m Abstand. Nach oben war der Ausblick durch ein Metallgitter versperrt. Absolut unangemessen fand ich die Parkgebühr von 8€ für mein Motorrad auf einem unbewachten Platz im Freien. Das habe ich in Jahrzehnten selbst in 4-Sterne-Hotels nicht erlebt. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig, aber es kostete ja auch nochmals extra.

Hotel gut , aber könnte besser geputzt werden

Zimmer groß und modern eingerichtet, leider war es nicht wirklich sauber … am Bettlaken lange schwarze Haare und auch in Bad . Schlechte Isolierung oder zu laute Nachbarn… kann ich nicht beurteilen aber war bis 1 Uhr nachts wach wegen den Lärm über mir Restaurant empfehlenswert, sehr gute regionale Gerichte.

Kein Warmwasser im Bad, Ausfall der Heizung ... Matratze ziemlich durchgelegen, das Zimmer und das Hotel bedürfen einer grundlegenden Sanierung freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Nachtportier!
