"Such a lovely quaint little hotel and very conveniently placed for travel to Split Airport and Ferry Port. Yet also just far enough out of the city to be so peaceful and quiet. The area has nice walks and cycle trails, easy access into Split. Options for a sea swim right outside the hotel. Great views from the balcony rooms and a very reasonable price too."
"Hotel Monika was the perfect place to stay! The location was excellent, and the staff went above and beyond to make our visit special. They even prepared a to-go lunch for us since we had an early flight and would miss breakfast. The night before our departure, they ensured staff was available to serve us drinks on the beautiful terrace, which was such a thoughtful touch. "Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hotel is nice and modern, has easy access to public transit, and a good breakfast buffet. Our room had a couple minor issues like a water stain on the ceiling of the bathroom, excess water leaking around the door of the shower when we showered, and our toilet seemed to run for awhile after flushing .As well, the sound proofing was average as we could hear a decent amount of outside noise, but overall no major issues and we weren't there long enough to feel the need to complain about these things. We like that the room had double sinks and a rainfall shower, and the bed was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was in a quieter area of Split and easy to find. So overall we'd recommend this hotel, just some minor things that could be improved. "
