Escape to this stylish 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhouse in the heart of Coconut Grove. With 2,044 sq ft of modern elegance, and a serene side yard, it’s perfect for families, friends, or couples. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio or walk to CocoWalk’s vibrant dining and shopping. Grove Walk Manor offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm for your Miami getaway. Taste of Coconut Grove starts on our street!
The Space:
Step inside and feel instantly at home. Thoughtfully designed with a harmonious blend of ceramic tile and wood flooring, the bright and spacious living area invites relaxation. Gather with loved ones on the plush sofa or stream your favorite shows on the smart TVs. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into a sleek, fully equipped kitchen featuring premium appliances — a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washer, and dryer. (Note: Several outlets in the kitchen and bedrooms are currently not functioning. This is part of a scheduled electrical project that will be addressed at the end of the year.)
Each of the three bedrooms is a sanctuary of comfort. The master suite boasts a luxurious en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, offering a private oasis. (NOTE: Hot Tub Is Non-Operable) The additional 1.5 bathrooms ensure ample space for all guests.
Outdoor Bliss
Your own private side yard awaits for alfresco dining, morning yoga, or unwinding with a glass of wine. It’s the perfect spot to soak up Miami's sunshine and relax in a tranquil setting. Wrapping around the side yard to the back terrace with pergola. a full outdoor kitchen awaits and is ready to be put to use to grill and BBQ away.
