Challenging Stay

Communication from the host was practically non-existent. The listing HAD mention a heated pool, but the property did not have a heated pool. Because of all of the shade, the pool was cold.The check-in information message included about 5 NEW rules that were not mentioned in the listing.We had bugs in one of the bathrooms (ants and spiders).The backyard had a lot of mosquitos.The beds were uncomfortable. The frame for the bed in the downstairs room is not supportive.The host never sent check-out instructions.We liked the privacy of the backyard and the house was a great size.
