Villa in Middelkerke near the Beach

In this fantastic, luxurious, detached villa in Middelkerke, you find yourself in real luxury. This 5-bedroom villa has an infrared sauna and the outdoor bubble bath are a real delight when travelling in a group of 20 people.

The sea is only 500 meters away, where you can take a nice stroll across the beach of Middelkerke. With the coastal tram, you can easily visit all these coastal towns for a nice day of shopping, or strolling across the boulevards. The city of Bruges is also good to visit, reachable within a forty-minute drive.

You can find everything you could possibly need in the child-friendly villa. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy the fenced garden with a terrace, which is furnished with lounge sofas. When the weather is bad, you can engage in a game of table football. Parking and garage are provided for the safety of your vehicles. For the comfort of any kids travelling, a high chair and a children's bed are offered. A fireplace is also in place to keep you cosy.

A utilities & service fee of EUR 300,00 will be required closer to your checkin date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The utilities & service fee ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during the stay.

We gingen een weekje naar zee in deze villa. De kamers bleven komen. Fantastisch huis. Prima ligging en vertrekpunt om verschillende uitstappen aan zee te doen. Zelfs te voet. Zeer tevreden over. De stapelbedden zijn niet van het stevigste. Maar verder meer dan tevreden over dit vakantiehuis !

De villa bood voldoende leef-, ontspannings- en slaapruimte voor onze groep (8 volwassenen en 4 kinderen). De uitrusting van de keuken is prima en er is voldoende serviesgoed en keukengerei. De jacuzzi en de beschikbare go-carts werden zeer geapprecieerd. Het onthaal en de info ter plaatse verzorgd door Immo Costa waren voortreffelijk. Goede ligging, op wandelafstand van het strand en in een rustige wijk. Mede dankzij deze troeven was het voor ons een heel fijne vakantie!

Positieve punten: Ruime woning met grote tafels, living. Handig als je met een grote groep bent! In totaliteit een erg prettig verblijf. De 3 aanwezige Go-carts zijn zeker een meerwaarde! Ligging is top! Op 5 min wandelafstand heb je De Kegel x-treme waar je ook bij minder weer een hele dag pret kan beleven: bowling, karting, laser shooten, VR, espace room, .... Mindere punten: Geen ontvangst. Sleutel ophalen bij Immo (en liefst geen kwartier te vroeg). Geen rondleiding in de woning, ... Je krijgt een doucment mee om gebreken op te melden (binnen 24h na aankomst terug te bezorgen), maar verder geen uitleg. Alles valt te lezen in een map die op je ligt te wachten. Het valt op de woning een opfrisbeurt nodig heeft. Spots die los zitten in het plafond, klinken aan deuren die los zitten, douche boven lijkt wat op een zelfbouwprojectje (en het water liep erg moeilijk weg, rooster bleek vol haar te zitten), gescheurde ligzetels op het terras, zand (en een vettig laagje op de rand) in de jacuzzi bij aankomst, pingpongtafel was door vorige bezoeken gesneuveld en lang tegen de zijgevel van het huis... heel wat details die toch een stuk beter kunnen.

Geweldig huis voor een familie-weekend met een heel mooi ingerichte tuin met jacuzzi waar vooral de kinderen veel plezier aan beleven. Gezellige veranda met sauna en bar om in te chillen. Gelegen in een rustige wijk op wandelafstand van het strand (10-15 min). Een echte aanrader, top- weekend gehad!

Il faut absolument respecter le contrat.

Il n'y a aucune flexibilité quant au contrat. Pas d'état des lieux et manque d'information sur l'utilisation des fournitures. Vous allez à la pêche trouver (ou pas) selon qui a rangé quid, quod, quoi. Je déconseille cette location pour un weekend. Sinon, beaux espaces, belle situation et confort ! Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Ayez un ingénieur avec vous pour régler la télé !
