"This was a very nice new construction home for my wife and I. The home was very neat, clean and well stocked for a rental with all the basics. The one thing that we suspected from the pictures was confirmed when we arrive; this is a studio layout. By that I mean the one bed is located in the living room and open to kitchen and front foyer. For a couple, this should be good. For a family of 4 or more looking for a little more defined sleeping areas, this might not work. Only other thing I will point out is that Uber on more than one occasion had trouble pinpointing to this home. It got the drivers within a couple of houses, but on more than one occasion, I found our driver and/ or food at another home close by. Again, beautiful home and larger lot with mature trees, just be aware of the sleeping accommodations if that is a deal breaker for you. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The cozy cottage was exactly what we were looking for a woodsy escape but close to everything we needed. The cottage has a full kitchen a cute living room/dining space. One ground floor bedroom and then a cute loft space with a bed. Its just 15 mins from Saratoga and has a Stewart’s just down the street. A bonus was Lake Desolation just a half mile away which has a tavern that had wonderful food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be able to go back one day!"

"I had to clean the cup before i used it because it was dirty, there was grime in the bottom of the hot water kettle and I had to wipe down all the kitchen surfaces because they were grimy. The water smelled terrible/ Sulfer? I did not try to drink it but thank god i showed up with my own water. I bought ice the next day. The property smelled unpleasant, i opened the only two windows and used the window unit to circulate air. The bathroom was very clean. Towels were nice. no wash cloths thou. The bed was comfortable, the bedside lamp was broke. It was fine, but compared to all the other rentals I have been in in the last 5 years in that area they fall below the area for the price. There was no outside seating as advertised. Big gaps in the floorboards. quiet neighborhood. safe."

"Rented the property for the weekend with several old friends from college. Great property!! The owners greeted us on arrival and gave us the important details. The beds were very comfy and the outside area is huge with lots of games. Would love to stay again in the future!!"

"We had a fantastic stay at Scott’s house! The house was beautiful and very spacious, easily accommodating our large group with comfort. The highlight was the amazing pool, which added so much fun to our trip. The location was perfect—super convenient, just a short drive to both the town and the horse track. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!"
