“I don’t think this property is set up as a vacation rental, especially in beautiful upscale Saratoga Springs. Felt more like a room for your college student child. Tiny shower (24”x24”), terrible internet streaming service, no microwave, furniture very uncomfortable, leaking bathroom fixture. Check-in was problematic…wrong entrance code provided while standing in pouring rain. Landscape contractor just walked into unit while we were partially undressed…very nerve-wracking.No amenities, such as……

“Everything was absolutely perfect! The house was very well maintained, and the apartment had all of the essentials and was very comfortable and exceptionally clean.”

“It was exactly what it says , the pictures are exactly what it seems , just like the picture shows the loft is not big , it is exactly how it looks. ,beautiful. Decor was very cozy , deck was great . Jackie was very easy to communicate with. She was one of the best hosts I ever had . Loved it”

“So glad we found this place. Clean, conveniently located, comfortable and pet friendly. Have Family in Amsterdam and each time we visit we had to choose between the overpriced chain hotel or the ones that look like they rent rooms by the hour. Will definitely stay here again.”

“The location was walkable to downtown, the track and where we needed to go. Apartment was inside a big single family chopped up into apts. There were 2 apts on the 1st floor. It was adequate for 2 people or less. Bedroom had old glass doors with fabric over the glass. They should be replaced with solid doors.. I’m a small person and felt the bathroon was an uncomfortably small laout. And the sofa bed was a thin mattress. OK maybe for a child. We didnt use the kitchen, so I can’t comment……

“It was very clean, very very cute, you don’t have direct view of the lake from the porch but there’s a super cute little pond and the lake is a ten second walk from the cabin. If you’re worried about the AC don’t be, it works incredibly well and never gave us any issues!”

“This place was perfect! We went to concert at SPAC, very close and easy to find. The cabin was clean and welcoming. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. Perfect for a couple or girls night out. Thank you Richard and Denise for the snacks. Would 100 percentage go again.”

“Roomy, comfortable place to spend the night. It’s a converted space, attached to the rear of the owners house. Tesla charger less than 3 miles away, and quick to interstate. No trouble with food close by (though the local diner on the corner—easy walk— was closed when I was there). Otherwise, very nice layover on your roadtrip.”
