Fantastic location. You can walk everywhere. One issue to note was that after you book they send you an email and have you check in separately giving details and credit card. And they want you to download an app and login using password they send. It wasn’t explicitly stated in the Expedia listing. Never seen it in a Expedia booking. So I am standing in front of the door at night in pouring rain and no way to enter. Fortunately there was a number to call and they were helpful. Then it was straightforward. It would be helpful to warn us to expect this.
The washing machine is complicated and there are no instructions. We got stuck a few times but they did help. It would be better if they had instructions for use. They have video instructions for all the appliances but not the washing machine. I suggest you add it.
They were always helpful at the support line. Except the last day when I called to ask what to do with the garbage. That one time it appeared that the call center had non native English speakers and they could not understand the word “garbage”!! I talked to several people but they simply could not understand the word even when I spelled it!
There are bars nearby and although the hotel has good sound insulation I could hear music and people talking until after midnight. I had to use earplugs but it didn’t bother my wife.
These are not big issue. Otherwise everything was great. They are helpful. Great location. Nice rooms. Good AC, spacious bathroom and shower.
