"We were sadly disappointed with part of this stay. We travel frequently with Airbnb & Hotels.com. I return to Hotels because normally, we are very pleased. This was not one of those times. Our check-in was very long. We had to hand over passports a few times for they couldn’t find our reservation. We asked for hotel restaurant for some lunch. The gal who helped us check in wasn’t informed that there was indeed a spot we could have more than chips, snacks, as she said. Our room was beautiful with ocean views. Bathroom sink was clogged. I asked twice for it to be fixed. When our room was cleaned they took the dirty towels but forgot to replace them. The hotel info says mini bar in room. There is not one. The service & breakfast buffet is incredible all around. We had a barbecue Dinner one night which was very nice. Staff very helpful & kind. Pool was magnificent. Swam every day. The dinner shows were amazing! Flamenco Dancers were incredible! The vibe is cruise like. The guests were either with young ones or 60+. Overall we wouldn’t return. But, we had a wonderful time overall. The nearby beaches and boat days are a must! They gave us a late check out for our troubles. "

"This was our second stay. Great weather, clean facility, lots of lounge chairs. Housekeeping did a very good job cleaning our rooms. The Spar mini market had everything we needed for our few days stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

"The room was fine and the best thing about the hotel. Big and clean with a good balcony including sea view. Staff very friendly and helpful. The food was Ok, nothing to write home about and meat occasionally sub-standard. Nice array of puddings. Public areas including lobby bar were boring with a very bland ambience. Pools clean and reasonably warm. Good and easy access to the beach"

"Reception staff failed me totally. They pretended to say problem with the rear exit door making a BANGING NOISE when closing. My room 9016 was next to said door/ gate. Constantly BANGING from early morning until late evening. I asked on FOUR occasions for someone to fix the door but nothing happened. Reception staff displayed a total lack of communication with me and failed in their duties to a guest. After my eleven day stay I had no apologies, no offer of a replacement room or any kind of compensation. Ruined my stay at this lovely hotel. Not impressed. "
