L'accueil fut chaleureux. Le personnel dans sa majorité était agréable. Merci à Nawell du mini club qui a occupé notre petite fille. Le buffet proposait une bonne variété de nourriture avec au minimum une specialité tunisienne et glaces tous les soirs. Pour le goûter près de la piscine : pizzas, hot dogs ou crêpes. Animations en journée avec fléchettes, pétanque... Et le soir mini disco pour les enfants (notre petite de 3 ans était ravie) et spectacle divers sauf le dimanche. L'hôtel est isolé donc rien à proximité mais il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant (1 dinar ou 2,5 si vous prenez les petits bus) vous permettant de vous rendre soit vers Monastir (arrêt devant l'aéroport où se trouve également la gare), soit vers Sousse. Des taxis attendent aussi devant l'hôtel. Deux bémols à souligner mais qui n'ont pas réellement gâché notre séjour : le responsable du restaurant (un homme grand à lunettes) n'est pas du tout souriant et surtout il parle mal aux serveurs (il a poussé à bout un serveur qui s'est défendu et il avait raison), et enfin l'offre de cocktail sans alcool se limite à un mélange de jus en machine (les virgin mojito, virgin colada et autres sont payants à 3,6 € le verre). Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. This is a family resort, they have alot of activities going on even into the night. The 2 pools are kinda small for the amount of people when the property is full. There is not enough lounges for everyone, got to get there early to throw your towel on some to reserve. The beach is small, not clear blue as with other resorts along the Mediterranean. Food was ample, the spaghetti lady stayed the busiest of everyone. If your early, can beat the herds of people, short and tall, and get good warm food. If your late, maybe the food is warm or overcooked. Some meat was raw, be careful. The dining room was very spacious with indoor and open seating with the view of the pool or beach. Caution, 4 star hotel but you have to get your own drinks, silverware and sometimes clean off your own table. But the staff are great, very nice and always helpful. Bon service, personnel sympathique serviable attentif, direction facilitante. Équipe d’animation vraiment proche des enfants et qui se démène. Toboggans aquatiques.
