"We had the most wonderful stay at Rena Resort – it’s hands down the best place to stay in Mondragone, especially for a small family. "All the staff are super friendly and help full. The Hotel was fantastic!! The beach was amazing!! Everyone went out of their way to help us find things to do around Naples. The rusty old refrigerator in the kitchen gives the impression that the owner lacks pride in maintaining the rental. The water pressure is extremely low, with any tap usage causing a significant drop in the shower's pressure. "Nicely situated on the beach. The city of Mondragone is far from everything, you need a car or take the train to Napoli. Nothing much around the area as stores or restaurants. The owner switched us to the Mariis house, which I think is much nicer than the Gaudii. The gardens are very nice and peaceful. The beds are very very hard, not use to that. A microwave would be a nice addition. It rained the whole time we were there so it does not help. The owners are very nice people."

"The hotel is modern and the staff are very accommodating. It’s also right next to the beach. If you are going out of season be aware lots of things are closed, especially the restaurants. They only open two days a week out of season. Don’t let this put you off though. It’s a beautiful location. We used it as a stop of between Napoli and Rome."
