“Breakfast ok.ish! Pool OK but only because we were the only guests in the hotel! Staff were ok until problems arose ... management were dreadful.. Cleanliness... well I slept for the first 2 nights on a filthy matress infested with bed bugs. ”

We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service We would never return. Otherwise the ”

“Fint hotell med fin beliggenhet ved privat strand. De ansatte hadde dårlig eller ingen engelskkunnskaper, WiFi nettet hadde elendig dekning. Middagen var dårlig og dyr.”

“Hemos tenido que pagar por el aire acondicionado( nos pidió primeramente y por mail una cantidad y luego al llegar vimos otra. fuimos a dar una vuelta y dejamos el aire puesto para que refrescara la habitación ; al volver el aire estaba apagado ,lo mismo con el ventilador No hay ascensor y hay que subir dos pisos andando.la habitación era espaciosa pero muy anticuada con camas muy blandas. Las sábanas de la cama grande raspaban. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y estabamuy viejo;la bomba……

“Wonderful spot with a breathtaking view on the lago Patria lake. 15 minutes from Naples (Pozzuoli) and 5 minutes away from a wide choice of lidos beaches. The room and the place were extremely clean. Every member of the staff was indeed helpful and kind: the hotel is apparently run by the same family since 1965. Excellent service at the bar (basically a lake view solarium) with plenty of free welcome drinks and snacks upon arrival. The stay was lovely. Very easy and safe parking. Very good……

Ribadisco tutto quanto già scritto: Il resort è davvero immenso ed è molto bello goderselo con bici e pedalò. Tutto il personale è sempre gentile e simpatico. La colazione è gustosissima. La tenda bordo lago è semplicemente meravigliosa! Torneremo di certo :)”

“The host is the best!! I was tired after a long day but the host was super helpful in all my questions and responded right away. There was parking for 10 euros which was great for us. The room was spacious and very cute. We also appreciated the espresso machine and the breakfast that came with it. Would definitely stay here again.”
