We found this hotel very nice. The room was clean and tidy. It also gave children free breakfast not that they eat very much but they enjoyed it. Swimming pool was lovely and the hotel generally was clean. Well worth another visit.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. The pool was ideal for the children as we arrive late. We stay for dinner and drinks. It was ideal. Weather was great. Sat outside. What more could you ask for?

Great location close to the old center of town. Beautiful hotel and interior courtyards. However, the staff were young and inexperienced and appear to need more guidance - both coffee machines in the breakfast room did not work for over 30 minutes. Dirty coffee cups were left on counters in the hallways. Bar staff on Saturday evening were more busy "tidying" an hour before closure than looking after the clients present etc. - small things but they affect the overall customer experience in a 4 star hotel.

Il manque juste dans les chambres des petits gâteaux pour prendre avec le café ou thé le matin. Au bar ils ne proposent pas des cacahuètes ou olives avec un apéritif. Il faut réclamer et c'est offert au compte goutte !!

Notre chambre n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. La peinture verte sur le mur digne d'une chambre d'hôpital. Pas de porte de douche dans la salle de bain , du coup de l'eau de partout. Un mauvais distributeur de savon et du café en poudre avec bouilloire ...on est pas dans un hotel kyrias quand même.
