"We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Saint Alban! The property and the grounds are first class. The room was beautiful with a 180 degree view of the surrounding countryside. Great location in the center of a charming village. Free, secure parking. Breakfast was amazing and the restaurant serves delicious diners five nights a week. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet. Malheureusement, aucune alternative n'a été proposée, pas même la mise à disposition temporaire d'une pièce...

"My stay in the hotel, I will give it 1 stars . The swimming pool was not working/ they deny my children access to use the pool. As they said the water need testing.I saw bed bugs pop on the sofa mattress, I took pictures and show it to receptionist which they apologised. Later fix it. But my children refused to sleep on the bed. Also when I left the room for the cleaner to come in and fix the bed. On my way to airport as I was rushing to catch my flight, just realised I couldn’t see my 2 Pandoras bracelet, they were not in my hand bag anymore . Remember I only stayed one night. The only time I left the room was when the cleaners came in to fix the bed. One night stay I lost my 2 Pandora bracelet and channel earring. So sad. This is the first time I am experiencing this. So bad."

"Loved the staff and hotel! Excellent location with easy access to restaurants and shops - very central to all things Beziers! Quintin and his colleagues at the front desk are amazing and he went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The only thing missing from the room was a small fridge- but the staff soon found a work around for this. Will definitely stay again!"

"Always remember that you get what you pay for. This is a very inexpensive hotel and we only stayed for two nights which was fine. It does say budget in the title and the rooms are extremely small the bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was okay but the location was not the best we've ever stayed at and in a section of town that we never would have gone to had it not been for the location of the hotel. Perfectly acceptable for one or two nights but anything more than that I would certainly spend a little more and find a place in a better part of town."
