BEWARE OF MOSQUITOS. Food is ok not. Rooms are not in good shape and service is terrible for all inclusive packages. We were moved to different section because AC in our room was not working for first 2 days we were there and that was much better. I would not go back for sure.

I really like this property, the staff is friendly and rhey will bend ovwr backwards to make you happy. The food could be better, not many options bit its also a small place..

Booked premium room, and room had AC not working, so they switched us to the regular room early in the morning at 1am. New room had mosquitos, Ants, Roches all over the room. Shower was literally dripping. Water was draining out in shower. Complained but no actions were taken. I had videos of ants, roches to prove that. Beds were small like full size.

Beautiful entrance with freshly scented Lemon Grass. The Staff are warm and friendly but the floors in the room was a bit dated. Food was good but I could not understand How and why the poolside ran out of towels.

The rooms didn't come with blankets only a sheet, one of the main restaurants was closed on Fridays, there buffet was a joke. What little bit of selection they had was nasty. There was Ferrell cat's in the dining area. The best part qas walking across the street to the beach

The pictures online do not represent the actual place! VERY misleading! The room that we stayed in was not complete! Looked as if they needed a room and put us in it even though it was not complete. I have seen better rooms at truck stop!

I loved my stay and the price we got was amazing! I will definitely be returning! The staff was really good to us. The room was clean and seemed to have been remodeled. The only thing that would have made my stay better was a balcony. Other than that it was just what my group needed and wanted!!

Loved the staff food and drink was great. The check in time was horrible. Check in was at 3pm.our room was not ready until 3:45pm. But onces we got to our room everything was smooth sailing.

The room was outdated , bathroom window dirty. Phone in my room didn’t work. There was no towels in my room when I checked in I was told I have to wait until they towels are dry. I had to go front about the towels and make phone calls . Get the towels a hour later. Dining room has no AC very hot. If you are looking for an excellent stay this isn’t the place.

Overall i had a good stay. I think the food can definitely be a little different. It was tasty however almost the same everyday for one week. My room was clean and comfortable. The beach area is very nice and a nice spot to chill. The deli i used once and never again. The girl that worked there did not want to give me a little tuna salad without the wrap. I can not eat gluten. There is allot of mosquitoes in the area so make sure you take spray with and perhaps the resort can light citronella candles in buffet area . The mosquitoes are not the resorts fault. They are everywhere:) Overall nice place and i will stay there again.

I didn’t like the outdated rusty bathroom mirror and the shower ceiling looked dirty and like it was hanging. A bathroom remodel would do this resort justice. We had to keep asking for towels and rags. Idk why they weren’t already in there. They don’t change the sheets even if you asked for the room to be cleaned. I don’t like the lack of communication between the staff and the vacationers. Mosquitos were outrageous. Stayed 4 days and covered in 20 mosquito's bites. Wish the breakfast was better

Not all rooms are created equal, I guess I got it one that needs to be updated…avoid rooms next to the pool if you want to sleep, daily activities until midnight make it impossible, safe box inoperative, if you need darkness take an eye mask with you as light from hallway enters room 24/7 and there were no blackout curtains installed, bathroom fixtures were dated but operational would only visit again if there was no other option and would definitely avoid the pool area rooms
