“I think staying at a resort like this for your first time in Jamaica is good. I personally wouldn’t do it again. The resort itself is nice but unfortunately I had alot of issues in my room. Thankfully I was out most of the day but wished staff took my concerns more seriously. Unfortunately, a lot of them weren’t friendly. I guess they expect you to know how all of this works but it was my first time in Jamaica… I definitely enjoyed the photographers and they really made my trip better! I got……

“This resort has been nothing but amazing to me and my sisters! We are so grateful for the staff. Honest and sweet people. One of my sisters left her money by accident in her room when she checked out and someone called her right away to let her know she left it and that they will find a way get her money back to her. The resort was also so nice, organized and they also had so much good food! We cannot wait to come back. Thank you so much. ”

“The property was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and courteous. They were pretty quick to handle any situations such as a faulty AC. The food was very fresh and delicious . The only problem was the bartenders had a very light pour. Most drinks were definitely less than one ounce of liquor, even if you ordered a double. All in all a great stay otherwise.”

“This was not a hotel but a motel. It was not as described on the website. Customs officers at the airport never heard of the hotel and had to look it up The bathroom was subpar. No where to hang your clothes, only one chair, the bedroom door had holes that you could see outside. The was no changing of linen until you asked for it and then they exchanged it when you gave them your previous towel. There was only one bin which was in the bathroom. If you were expecting to get a good night sleep……
