"Absolutely amazing. Even the morning was cloudy and overwhelmed with fogs, the view was spectacular with view of 'Abbaye de San Galgano'. The breakfast buffet was also more than delicious. Specifically, the salamis were cut from the staffs, not those bought from manufactured products, which also tasted great. The person who helped our check-in and -out was the only person fluent in English, but you can conversate with other staffs with no problem using your body language, don't worry about this....

"I just needed a place to sleep so I could spend my days at the beach. This was a very affordable hotel for me travelling alone and I found the staff very accommodating and friendly. The outside of the building in the back didn’t look the neatest and the pool did not have water in it as something had broken and it was not fixed when I stayed there. "We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Bastiani in Grosseto. The hotel is beautifully maintained and perfectly located in the historic center, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with recommendations or any needs we had. The room was very clean, comfortable, and elegant, offering a peaceful atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh and high-quality options, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt both classic and warm. This hotel truly enhanced our experience in Grosseto. "The homeowners, Leo went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We arrived later than we were originally planning. Leo was very gracious and welcomed us there when we arrived. He walked us through the home to show us our an accommodations and made himself available throughout or stay. A folder was provided with recommendations for what was around the area to visit. The kitchen was fully stocked and all the essentials for cooking a meal were provided. The home was clean and we felt very at home for our entire stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it for a layed back get away. "
