"The room and the building was good, nice. In my stay there was loud banging and noises all throughout the nights that didn’t allow me to sleep, not sure if something in the property or simply another person staying but it was always late into the night. The staff there were very impatient and impolite, I felt like I was being watch at all times. To and from my room, my coming and going as well as what I had at the breakfast room. A little disappointing to be honest."

"Property was in a convenient location right off the interstate. Check in was ok. Biggest issue is the pool was closed. Not just like closed for the day, but the entrance was boarded up. The pool is one reason we selected this hotel. Rooms were not very clean. Beside the vanity was very dirty and there was something white that had run down the leg of the vanity. Curtins had holes in them and there were holes in the walls. The walls and some of the furnishings were pretty beat up."

"My TV didn't have a remote and when I asked for one she looked through all the drawers at the front desk and told me someone would bring me one which never happened. There was a used bandaid on the carpet in front of my door and 2 used washcloths hanging on the rod in the bathroom."

"The hotel is in need of some work to say the least. Unfortunately they masked the odors of decay with an overpowering mixture which could best be described as a combination of old grandmother’s perfume and day old curry. The room was spacious for a suite. The furniture old, dated, and ready for a yard sale. Despite all this, the room was clean, the linens fresh, and everything was functional. Toilet and shower area was better than most mid level hotels. Overall, exceptional value for a solo traveler or a family on a tight budget. Pool area looked like it had not seen water in years. The staff were diligent in prohibiting early check in and literally called forty five minutes prior to check out to confirm you were prepared for departure, giving you a sense of not being their guest but rather a commodity that they were flipping in accordance with their schedule. Definitely the fast food version of motels. I would guess the value of the stay has reached the top of the roller coaster and would not circle this place on my calendar if I were to pass by this way in a year from now. Still, this box of chocolates had enough nice pieces left to walk away feeling I was not cheated by the roadside efforts of the current establishment. High on value. Low on execution."

"This facility has a lot of potential. The bones of the structure are good. It just needs some major updating. It appears that nothing had been done in 15-20 years. There were maintenance issues in the room that could have made the visit better such as toilet paper holder hanging from the wall, side table outlets and lights working. The cleanliness also was lacking. That was someone else’s long hair on the tiles in the bathtub. Also, I remember Doubletree giving warm cookies when you checked in. There was no offer. There were no options for breakfast or coffee available in the lobby. It was a disappointing stay."
