“The location was perfect. Communication was excellent, both with Joshua and the property managers. The suite was comfortable. The only things keeping me from giving 5 stars are that the kitchen needs to be better stocked (we had no bowls and very little silverware) and there was no bedding for the hideaway. Both issues were handled within 24 hours but for future guests, it would be helpful to make sure these are checked before arrival.”
