This townhome location is close to many of Montrose's amenities. There are 3 golf courses within 10 minutes, an Aquatic Center to enjoy some water fun after a day of site seeing, and plenty of parks, restaurants (if you don't feel like cooking), several grocery stores, and a farmers market. Wonderful!

We are national parks vacationers and this was the perfect home for us while exploring Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Very clean and exceptionally comfortable. We had a small problem with the door entry code, but the host responded promptly and got us taken care of. Highly recommended.

The townhouse was very clean! The owner provided everything we needed, even providing a book of their favorite restaurants and attractions to do in the town. If we ever make it back to this part of town we will not hesitate to stay here again!

Another Girls' Golf Trip

Love, Love, Love-it. This is one of the most well-kept vacation rentals I have ever stayed in. It is perfect for 4 women playing golf for a few days in beautiful Montrose.

Great place for this visit

We LOVED this place. We were in town for our Daughter In Law's Baby Shower. My wife, daughter, and I were accompanied by my two sisters and the place was the perfect size for our group. Conveniently located and totally modern. While our future visits will be for just 3 we would not hesitate to stay here again for larger groups. Highly recommended
