“Very comfortable and clean. Full kitchen and washer and dryer. Everything was great!”

“We had quite a bit of snow during our stay. It was nice to get up and have the sidewalk and the stoop shoveled. We have stayed in this house a couple of years now the host is very welcoming and easy to work with. The only suggestion that I have during the winter months is to get a longer rug by the front door for boots and shoes since the floor is hardwood. ”

“We were four mid-seventies women. We requested 4 beds. In the pictures, it appeared that there was a queen size bed and 3 single beds. The one bed was a junior bed. There was a blow-up bed that had to be brought downstairs. It was a lovely old house, but not really age appropriate for us. There were throw rugs throughout the house, which was a tripping hazard. We found it difficult to find outlets to charge our phones, tablets and watches and the coffee pot. The notes were very helpful. ……

“A great apartment right on main street in Nauvoo. It wasn’t a problem and I didn’t think to contact the host, but we couldn’t figure out how to get the heater to work in the living/kitchen area but we were fine with the heat in the bedrooms. All went well! Thanks for a great place to stay!”

“I stayed in Nauvoo for 5 nights. Two nights at the Hobbit house and three nights at another place. We only stayed two nights at the Hobbit house because it was so much more expensive. If I had to plan again I would spend the extra and stayed all week. It was all on one level, way cleaner, and had a huge comfortable tub. The charm of the place was sensational. We watched Lord of the Rings in the coziest environment EVER! We brought our daughter who loves the Hobbit movie and she squeezed with……
