“We were visiting to visit our daughter while she worked the summer for the Forest City Owls and this home was only 15-20 minutes from the stadium and downtown Forest City. The home itself was cute and clean. There was only one shower in the Primary Bedroom so the 5 of us just had to be respectful of times in the shower but it was super clean. The owner was polite and great. We had a small snafu with the 2nd-floor central air but he had somebody over within the hour and the microwave was having……

“Outstanding little place to stay!! Ms. Denise is an incredibly warm and friendly manager!! Very sweet lady!! No dishes or cookware, which was my only disappointment. You download an app to pay for laundry. (Currently $3) Still, it was better equipped than most m/hotels I've stayed in. I appreciated the full size stove, full size fridge/freezer, the central air and the furniture. And, oooooooh THE WATER PRESSURE!! Shower is a bit cramped, but that water felt SOOOOOO good!! “This is our second time staying and it was just as amazing, peaceful and perfect as the first time. The owner has everything you could possibly need tucked inside and around the cabin and is a great host. There is plenty of room for our dogs to run, a pond where we spent most of our time catching nice size catfish and the most peaceful creek running through the property. It has become our annual spot to unwind.10 out of 10 Stars”

“This is THE place to stay for any activity and especially for Equestrian Events. Lynn was great and helped us with local places to eat and check out between events. There is a fantastic dog park within minutes of the home. Its was very calm, quiet, and relaxing. The pool, hot tub, and Grill were very welcoming after a day out!! We loved the Glass Chapel. The cabin kitchen is well stocked and the bathroom has a tub! Laura provides such nice touches as toiletries and thick white towels. “Bob and Gayle were so helpful and available to us,the property is better in person, than in any picture you can see or read about. The privacy and beauty of this cabin is great. Activities to go to are within 20 to 40 minutes from the cabin. The spring fed pond was a great part of the property my dog and I swimmed every inch of it. The fruit trees and wooded area were an incredible add on to this property, my wife and I will definitely come back God willing. Thank you Bob”

“Small details make for the best stay! From plenty of towels (bath and hot tub) to two luggage racks for each room along with new pots, pans, etc - this house made us feel like we were at home. The property manager responded quickly about the few items we needed help with (hot tub temp, garage bags, etc.) Plus provided suggestions of things to do in NC in the springtime. Our family had wonderful nights at fire pit and hot tub overlooking the valley. Would highly recommend!”

The kitchen is well stocked, the house is clean, the bathrooms are nice, and the beds are all comfortable. the Internet was having problems while we were there, but outside of that it was perfect. It is especially great if you were showing at TIEC, it takes 10 minutes or less to get there from the house.”
