“Room smelled of mold and smoke. Gave an elderly couple an upstairs room with pets. Was not able to regulate the heat in the room. We left after 1 day, owner was unresponsive. Would not recommend.”

“Easy to find and well located between Cedar Falls and Waterloo. Check in and checkout were very smooth. Unit was clean and well laid out for a family of four. Kitchen does not have extensive supplies but worked fine for basic breakfasts and snacks. TV and wifi worked without issue. Washer and dryer also worked well. Host was responsive when asked a question via text. We’d stay here again! ”

“This a beautiful, pet-friendly property. The only suggestion that I have is to include some additional seating in the living room. ”

“The location was great, just a block off Main St. However, there were a couple issues with the room itself. When we arrived the water to the toilet tank was turned off because it will just continually fill so we had to turn the water on and off every time we had to flush the toilet. Second, the TV remote doesn't work with the TV in the room. Finally a couple small things - the light switch by the front door doesn't seem to turn any lights on and there was some trash left in one of the dresser……

“Very walkable to go out for dinner and drinks. A little loud below on the street until late but it didn’t bother us. We have family that just moved to town so we will definitely stay there again.”

“Did not receive check in info until I called VRBO to get it. Also the hvac is a bit tricky. Very hot in the bedrooms. The place was fine and all. Unfortunately the construction quality is poor. The curtain rod fell off the wall while opening the curtains. Place is sufficient wouldn’t want to stay long term. ”
