Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.
The Evergreen Hideaway is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
Per our listing, we have an eight person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $500 per person per night.
We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine.
Guests may use the indoor wood stove if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse.
WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Evergreen Hideaway's features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them. Guest understands that by booking a reservation they are effectively agreeing to the terms of this Waiver and Release of Liability.

The Evergreen Hideaway is located in beautiful Mt. Holly, VT on the backside of Okemo Mountain. We are a 5 minute drive the the lifts at Okemo and 10 minutes to downtown Ludlow, VT
Guests will have access to the entire house except for our locked owner's closet.
The Evergreen Hideaway is equipped with everything you'll need for an awesome Vermont getaway! The house offers four bedrooms all on the second floor (king, king, two twins, and two twins), a fully stocked kitchen with stove, oven, and microwave, Keurig coffee maker, wood burning fireplace (and yes, we do supply firewood!), WiFi, shower and tub, Public Goods products, family game room in basement with ping pong and games, dedicated work space, outdoor deck with sitting area, brand new hot tub, gas grill, fire pit with Adirondack chairs...just to name a few features!
