“The hotel needs a free shuttle. Kigali is too expensive for cab. 30 dollars a ride. The hotel is good price definitely needs to provide a free shuttle to the airport and back.”

“The AC barely work and it was always hot. When I mentioned my Expedia gold reward for a room upgrade, they didn’t know what I was talking about. On my last day, they was trying to rush me out my room for someone else. They also charged you for everything.”
