“Stayed here a couple of times and I dig the spot”

“very clean and nice and spacious”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this charming duplex! It had a lovely rustic feel, and the thoughtful amenities made it feel just like home. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and our dogs were comfortable there as well. Our host, Carolyn, was very quick to respond and made communication easy. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily recommend it to others!”

“Yard unkept, weeds as tall as me. Should say it’s a duplex in the narrative because that was a surprise. Hair in bed and all over bathroom. Booked for 4 nights and left after one night.”

“Nice house Very nice nice neighborhood”

“Highly recommend. Nice cozy home with plenty of activities for the kids. If ever in area again will definitely book”

“Our family booked this home for a gathering, but the property was not as described and several key amenities were unusable. The layout is perfect for larger groups. Upon arrival we discovered & reported there was no usable freezer due to the separate standing freezer being completely iced over. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator that does not have a freezer. The host suggested that we start to defrost the freezer ourselves. The next day maintenance moved the freezer outside to defrost……

“The 6th bedroom was a separate building beside the pool. It was very dirty. We had to spend 3 hours cleaning it. Sheets were dirty. The floors were dirty. Other than that, the house was nice. Plenty of room. It is a little worn but overall very nice. Pool and hot tub were good. My kids loved the game room. Neighborhood was stellar”

“Great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Ample space for our family and friends that travelled down to Memphis to see my daughter perform in a musical!! The beds were super comfy!! The game room was awesome though I wish there was an additional couch up there! We really enjoyed our stay! The host was very easy to communicate with!”
