“Beautiful property and great breakfast, lady at the front desk was nice. Not a place for foreigners. Walked by my room after a walk to see and hear how the staff called another staff member into my room to check out a event I had attended, room didn't get vacuumed only got towels and the bed made, don't know why the cleaner had to call in a guy to my room I don't think they knew I was the one in that room. Not professional at all. Decided to treat myself to a nice dinner before leaving only……

I lost my phone with all my credit cards, I had no money to pay for city taxes which was due on arrival, they let me stay without paying until I figure out my lost phone situation. They helped me make phone calls to ariva the lost and found company to report lost phone and followed up on the status. They are very helpful, and I am thankful. Thank you so much!”
