"Très éloigné du parc Akagera, il faut 1h de route, pas de grand confort pour les chambres, le personnel n'est pas très accueillant, on a le sentiment de les ennuyer, le sourire doit être en option, et le soir au moment du dinner ils sont pressés de vous voir partir dans votre chambre, on m'a demandé de prendre le café à emporter plutôt que de le consommer sur place. "I can’t stress enough what a beautiful place this lodge is. But not only the location itself with a surreal view on the national park is a highlight. My personal highlight was the staff which is incredibly kind, helpful and patient.
