“It is as fine as it can be for being a basement. There were some outside bugs and spiders and spider webs in some places. Wasps in door frames and I got stung on my finger and my cheek. There was confusion on how to enter the property.”

“I absolutely loved the unit. It was exactly as described and SO much more. This unit was very thoughtfully equipped and everything seemed brand new. I was so taken by the history of the original 1887 house and the work they have done to restore it. The old Carriage house was also restored and now serves as a garage with the rental unit above it. I love history and felt fully immersed by this property, the trees, the roads, and the City in general. All amazing! I had friends visit me while……

“It was a really neat old bank and it worked well for our group. They communicated very quickly and were so accommodating!”

“Easy check in and host communicated well...the cabin was very clean and everything worked well. We were very happy to find an affordable clean space for UNL graduation. I think it's worth noting that the space is tough for 4 adults. I saw two queen beds and just went check in my mind. But the loft bed ceiling is rough for a second person.”

“This apartment was in a quiet neighborhood handy to restaurants and shopping and the sports plex where we had activities. Off street parking nice. Host left us cold bottled water which was great with the summer heat. Bed and linens comfy. Sitting area and tv comfy. As there are other apartments in this building, it was very quiet. Kitchen adequately supplied but it lacks a dining area. Maybe suggest a couple of stools and small table or tv trays. We would stay here again.”

“Can't beat the price for the location and space! A few things like no toilet paper and dishes dirty in cabinets (not disgustingly gross, just more so a missed spot here and there) mixed with the outside noise levels are the only draw backs to my stay. And the noise wasnt too much of an issue at night time and the host provided plenty of earbuds Location was awesome. I don't think it took longer then 10-15 minutes to get anywhere in the city and was super easy to find from the interstate. You……
