“The rooms were just enough for 2 persons but it's clean and tidy. The staffs were nice and helpful. The hotel locates right at the market and a short walk to Geneva Lake. ”

“The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. Luckily, [and by chance] they were able to get me into another room [which was not what I had reserved]. The light in the bathroom did not work. Maintenance did not come until the third day to fix it. The cleaning staff was extremely kind and helpful because there was no one else there to help. Calling support was partially helpful given that……

It is a classic 5 star service combined with the warm hospitality of the owner family. This mix and the beautiful setting is getting rare in the world of hospitality. “Un excellent hôtel avec tout le confort recherché pour un 4 étoile (un minibar en plus serait la crise sur le gâteau). Idéal pour un séjour au calme et reposant. L'espace bien être est super. Il est à 15 minutes de Montreux, cela vaut le coup de s'éloigner un peu de la ville. Le restaurant est à recommander, comme l'hôtel. Continuez...”
