"This place was perfect for our family vacation. We really enjoyed the stay as it was just what we were looking for. With breathtaking views and close proximity to the beach. The customer service was excellent they helped us with such care. We will continue to stay at this resort for future trips. "
"Lovely hotel, rooms are big and beds comfortable. Bathroom is excellent with a large sink area and mirror and a decent sized shower. Pool and pool area is fantastic and there’s even a pool bar which we used! Breakfast is exceptional with lots of choice and fresh coffee served to your table. Location is good with stintino a 15-20 minute walk away but there are a few nice restaurants within 5 minute walk also. La Pelosa beach is a short 5 minute drive away. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We loved our stay one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in particularly in Sardinia. Make sure you visit capo Falcone, 30 minute hike but views are outrageous. If you want to go to la pelosa you must book well in advance (weeks not days) as only limited tickets available and these only come on sale 48 hours before otherwise it is possible to visit the beach after 6pm only."

I texted the owner and he gave me more confused information. I finally found it and he had sent his friend to make sure. The friend was super nice, even took my luggage to the 2nd floor and brought me wine and cheese after that!
The owner had provided (for two people for 15 days) one bath, one hand, and one washCloth per person. For two weeks. I asked him and he said for 50 euros each, how many sets would I like. I needed 6 sets so 300 euro was out of the question. I went and bought towels and even left them there for him.
He would not bring me an iron, which was listed on amenity list, and I needed it.
Most of the time he did not respond to me when asking about any amenity. "
