NTU Experimental Forest Tours

Perfect location for anyone coming to visit Taipei. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly keeping in touch with the airport for me in regard to my lost luggage. I only had a few points that could be improved. The shower area is not cleaned whilst staying in the room. This led to a build up of slime/algae, and the drain started to smell. The washing and dryers are a good facility to have, however the washing machines do not drain/spin the clothes very well and the dryers take ages to dry. Note that dryer 2 does not work properly. The staff request you remain with your washing whilst it’s cleaning, however the whole process takes around 4 hours for the clothes to wash and fully dry. The door threshold has a big gap (about 1 inch) at the bottom, a slight concern for privacy, noise and light coming through. Again, I just want to highlight how lovey the staff were, especially in letting us check in early! Just a few points that are more for management.

This hotel is state of the art. We loved all the features it had and comfy beds. The staff was helpful.

Very convenient. 7mins walk from the station. The hotel provides free snack bar with coffee. Water and snacks. The room is clean and tidy. Good for solo and couple travelers
