“當天到達酒店的時間比預期時間晚了，但酒店職員很好，過程中發電郵保持聯絡，並有職員特意留下等候，為此表示欣賞和感謝！可是，酒店的地方較偏遠，而且辦理入住手續的位置與資料上的電話號碼位置不同，以致需要花上更多時間去尋找住處。酒店房間都很大，並設帶廚具，住客可以自行烹調，是此旅遊，租用了三間房間，每間房間的設備、間格不一，其中一間房間的環境較理想，可是另外兩間房間的環境則令人失望，同等的價錢，但未能享受同等的質素。除此之外，酒店還需另外收取暖氣費用（這是租借酒店時，沒有提及的）退房時，帶點混亂，直至回家才發現，酒店多收了錢，但畢竟已回家了，已無法再查詢或追討了T.T”

“We check-in an unclean room on time. Horrible and don’t understand why it’s happened.
How can they let a guest check-in before the room NOT clean.
Not friendly and helpful customer service.
Not going to choose this
brand again when travelling around.
Not recommend this for others ”

“I had a great stay, the host is super nice.
Just Keep in mind that she does live downstairs so for people who want complete intimacy it might not be the right place but for me It was perfect. It felt like a homestay.
The room was clean, large and cozy.
The breakfast was delicious and homemade.
