Location, Location, Location – 12 minutes to Vanderbilt Beach, and exclusive Mercato shopping/dining/entertainment area; 5 minutes to recently developed Founders Square shops. Close to I-75. Near many premiere golf courses. Enjoy all Naples has to offer in this brand-new 2-story unit that is beautifully decorated and fully furnished. House has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Expansive first floor Master bedroom has a king-size bed; large walk-in closet, and huge ensuite bath. One bedroom upstairs has Queen-size bed and the second has a king-size bed. Additional king-size sofa-bed and convertible ottoman-desk in upper loft area. Fully equipped kitchen, new appliances, and fresh linens. Full-size washer/dryer on main floor. Wireless high-speed internet; Comcast/Xfinity cable TV and a whole house security system. 65-inch Samsung UHDTV in the living. House has hurricane grade windows and doors; whole house water filtration; reverse osmosis drinking water system that also feeds the refrigerator ice maker (no need to buy bottled water) and large two-car garage with showroom flooring and lots of overhead storage. Access to huge community pool, hot tub, and premium fitness center. Large screened-in fully furnished lanai.

We'll be back again

We had a wonderful stay at the townhome in Naples, Florida. The place was very clean and located in a beautiful, quiet area. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. My parents truly enjoyed their time there. Thanks again for a great experience!

Great Stay in SW FL

I enjoyed a couple of winter months in this SW FL townhome. The neighborhood was great and so was the unit. I used the workout room and pool regularly and the location was convenient to many activities.

Experience was good.

Everything was fine but having to go upstairs to get the air conditioner to come on was inconvenient. I guess it worked on motion.
