There was plenty of room for three families. The pool was fantastic and we used the kayaks daily to spot dolphins swimming along the canal. Super close to the state park beach and Vanderbilt beach. The owners included a park pass to use for the state park - the parking is very easy and close to the beach. I walked a few times to meet up with the family after they drove over since it is a close walk. Both beaches have great clean bathroom facilities. We used the beach chairs and sand toys in the garage to take to the beach. The house was perfect for the 3 families that stayed. We all had plenty of room and the living area and kitchen were perfect when we were all together. The pool is on the north side of the house so it was shaded most of the day during our stay over Thanksgiving and a little too cool at that time of year for us to really enjoy that amenity.
