“This place was cozy and perfect. My daughter recently moved to the area and so I wanted to find a place that I hoped will become a home away from home for my husband and I whenever we visit, and we found it! The bed was comfortable. It's a king size bed, and they are sometimes hard to find so we were thrilled by that. The kitchen has all of your needs, we cooked a few meals and had all the pots and pans we needed. The couch and big chair were also comfy for our movie nights, when our daughter……

“Property was clean, towels and linens were a nice bonus. Neighborhood is nice for dog walking and has a cute coffee shop a few minutes away to walk to.”

“Everything was very neat and check-in was easy because the instructions from the owner were so clear. There was a tad bit of noise from either a neighbor or the owner (space is attached to a home and share a wall) one evening and a bit of an odd smell the whole time. Not bad but not pleasant either. Like long after you’ve cooked something and a scent remains but no longer smells like food or maybe like the smell of a puppy that’s just come in from outside. Nothing that should keep anyone away……

“We just had an absolutely wonderful weekend stay at the apartment at Sweet Brier Farm! It was quiet, relaxing, comfortable, and well-equipped. We met the adorable farm animals, went in the hot tub, and had two AMAZING homemade breakfasts in the main house. Helen and Keith were so kind and made sure we promptly had everything we needed! We will definitely be staying here again!!!”

“My husband, son and I stayed for a long weekend during a Manchester-area soccer tournament. It was the perfect landing spot. We were able to easily do my son's uniform laundry in the basement which was safe and clean. The place was quiet and my son reported that the sofa sectional which adapts into a full-sized bed was fine for him. We walked across the street and got pizza one night and were able to use the kitchen to cook, no problem. We will return back in the future for sure!”

“The home is beautifully renovated and decorated. The beds were unbelievably comfortable with a variety of pillows and blankets. The water pressure in the shower is beyond perfect - a weak shower is a huge pet peeve of mine so I was very pleased! Lots of parking and the home was quick to heat up. “The property was very clean. Check-in was easy. The owner was prompt to answer any questions. The location provided convenient access to shopping, dining, and the interstate. It is a little over 30 minutes to downtown Boston. We were able to walk the Freedom Trail, tour the USS Constitution, visit Salem and the Witch Museum, and ride to Kennebunkport, ME during our visit. The owner was even understanding when some dummy took the house key home with him and had to overnight it back.”

Just the right size with cute and practical accommodations, especially fully-equipped kitchen and living room with space to accommodate two working folks and large flat-screen for media entertainment. Location was super convenient (food, gas stations, all essentials... even packaging/mailing services, gift shops, a yoga studio and wellness center). Host was very helpful, providing great communication and instructions.”

“We were in town visiting family and the property was a great hotel alternative. Gave us plenty of room to spread out over our stay and privacy a hotel room cannot offer. Location is great with many things walking distance or a few miles away. Close to highways and 20 minutes to Manchester airport.”

“The upstairs apartment was easily accessed and well lighted for night time arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water and plenty of soft towels. The hot chocolate and candies were enjoyed by my grandchildren who got to sleep at “grandma’s house” for a night or two.”

“While the property is fine and in a good location, there are some major drawbacks that I must warn about. I messaged the host for two days before she responded with check-in details just a few hours before we arrived. Once there, the door code did not work and it took myself and two VRBO employees 45 minutes to get in contact with the property manager. VRBO said they called 3 different numbers and then gave me a number to text on top of that before we were able to get in touch with her. The……
