Very Cute!

This VRBO was super cute and perfect for our bachelorette party. The rooftop deck was so nice to have! The manager was great to work with when we had questions. Definitely recommend, it’s a great deal and just a short drive to get downtown.

Cute place

We liked the place. Had 10 people in our group. Needs more seating inside and on patio for 10 people to set comfortably. More linens would be nice especially towels and washcloths with 10 staying there. No laundry or dish soap was provided. Uber is close but pricey for a group of 10 if you want to enjoy the day and go again for the Nashville nightlife. Parking could be better. Threatened to tow our car first night while we were already down town because we were parked in the wrong spot. Owner was very responsive with any issue.

So fun!

Cutest house ever! We went for a girls weekend and had the best time! The house is really centrally located to many things and the company is super helpful and quick to respond! We will definitely stay again!

Quick Girls' Getaway

The house/condo was beautiful & we loved the overall aesthetic. Each room was clean with nice comfy beds. There was a complimentary bottle of wine & clear instructions on how to get in & out of the house. Definitely want to return to enjoy the rooftop seating area bcuz it was a little too cold to sit outside on this trip. 😆

Great house for group

We stayed here for a girlfriends bachelorette. The house had plenty of space for our group of 6 and was all we expected. The location was nice and close to downtown and popular areas, although it was a bit rough we had no troubles

40th Birthday Trip

The unit was cute and clean so we all had a wonderful time. With it being located 10 minutes to downtown it was easy to get back and forth. We did have an issue with the bathroom lavatory draining slow, we called and the handyman came out with in 1 hour and fixed it for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall this is a beautiful little Vrbo! It’s clean, cute, and everything you need!! The inside does need some little fixes all over, the sinks don’t drain well, and the door lock wouldn’t let us at one point so it may need new batteries. But overall I would recommend anyone to stay here!

Birthday Weekend

The property was great and spacious for 5 adult women. The rooftop space was awesome! There were other 'groups' staying at similar places in our complex and across the street and were super nice (they even brought us a cake on our last day :)). We were cautioned not to walk around the neighborhood at night but there were no issues anyone experienced. We used Uber for most excursions as parking downtown is minimal (and expensive). We had fun downtown, took a tour of the city, saw a concert and races, and literally hung out together! We would definitely stay again.

My stay

Maintenance was lacking! The bath tube was clogged, nothing like taking a shower with sewer water backing up. If it was me I would have who ever looked over the property, find a new job! For the kind of money we had to pay for this property. To come into the house and find this was pretty disgusting! Wasn’t too happy with the neighborhood . The aesthetic Inside were really nice, it’s just a wrong location! The kitchen faucet was practically falling off. I guess that’s what really was noticeable right off the bat and then the bathtub put it over the edge as far as. Never again. Too much money. Need to spend a little time paying attention to detail. People were friendly but that only goes so far.

Great Visit!

The house is great - beautifully decorated, very clean, and fully stocked. The rooftop was a bonus. The house is in a sketchy neighborhood but the house is gated (although the gate was broken while we were there). Literally less than a 5 minute drive to Nashville/Broadway.

Close to downtown

If you are looking for something close to downtown, this is quick drive. It’s perfect as a crash pad for groups. However, if you are concerned about staying in a safe neighborhood, do a quick Google search about this area. We were not victims of crime during our trip, but just some general information. According to the ESTA site is says, “Top 10 Most Dangerous Places in Nashville 1. Talbot’s Corner This is an East Nashville neighborhood that got its town name from Thomas Talbot, a patriarch and Revolutionary War veteran. This community houses 12,018 people, where the total crime rate is 329% greater than the national average. Violent crimes alone in Talbot's Corner are 604% greater than the national average. No telling this is one of Nashville neighborhoods to avoid! Talbot's Corner gives visitors a 1 in 10 chance of becoming victims of crime.” ****Upon entering the “secured parking lot”, the parking lot gate was being held open by bungee cords- someone had rammed into it and it was completely destroyed. Another review mentioned the same thing in January 2022 so I’m not sure if this happens all the time…we made a call to Tom and left a voicemail. He called us back very quickly said that he wasn’t aware- he found out that it had recently been destroyed by a garbage truck and the HOA was disputing responsibility. Not sure if this was true or not but he was very nice and quick to return our call and explain the situation. He gave us the code to a secured lot across the street and told us we could park in there. The cleanliness was not horrible but not super clean by any means. They definitely need to use a new cleaning service. The primary shower had pink grime and looked like it hadn’t be cleaned in quite some time. The hood fan in the kitchen had a lot of dust on it as well as a missing piece of moulding above it. The fridge had frozen meat in it which tells me that the cleaners didn’t open the fridge before our arrival…The floors did not not look like they were mopped or vacuumed- leaving bare feet black. The pull out sofa was identical to sleeping on bare mattress springs. Clean towels were left but not body sized so they were pretty tiny for the average sized adult. Overall, the layout was not a great place for a family to stay- but great for a group.
