The only thing… is not about the hotel… it’s all about clients attitude… they are not respectful and quiet and they SLAMMED the doors all the time - 7am or 11pm
They just don’t care if you are sleeping, tired or not…
So I had a concern about that… and I just tell the Guests relations desk… and guest what? No more! Voila! "
