This exclusive holiday apartment is part of the newly built complex known as 'Urbanización Ruda'. It is situated at 1500 metres above sea level and offers doorstep skiing. The access to the ski runs could not be better. Directly from the apartment you can go down to the garage where there is a ski equipment storage room. From here there is a direct lift to the new cable car.
This 75 square metres holiday apartment has 2 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has bunkbeds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge so there is capacity for 5 people. The ensuite bathroom has a shower while the second bathroom has a bath.
There is a spacious open plan lounge/dining area with an open fireplace, a SmartTV and a fully equipped kitchenette.
