"We enjoyed our 3 days trip in the country. A very extensive landscape. PS it's real countryside! Tiny village, only one restaurant (+ remakable gourmet hotel restaurant by Björn Swanson)"

"We stayed one night at the Hotel Pommernland having flown in to the nearby Anklam airfield. As it was the Ascention weekend there were no taxis available so the hotel manager Eric kindly gave us a lift into town to a greek restaurant. Hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were absolutely fine. My only criticism is that there was only 1 feather pillow supplied which was way too soft, my head sunk straight through it. Breakfast was OK."

"En perle. Ingen restauranter eller lign. I nærheden, så køb selv mad mv. Men bo på et 300 år gammelt slot. Lejlighederne er 50-75 m2. Slottet er istandsat og har en spændende historie. Meget overraskende på den positive måde. Kan klart anbefales - også i flere dage."

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key. If I hadn't already paid for the room i would just have left. The angry receptionist really caught us by surprise, we have been...

"Very friendly staff, amazing location on canal. Room was large and very comfortable. Restaurant is excellent. Had dinner there two evenings and tried five different dishes - all delicious. Some of the best food we've had in Germany. Lots of nice walking paths - along the canal, beach area, to local ruins of a monastery. You can reach the innercity of Greifswald by bus - about 25 minutes away."

"Fantastiske, moderne og romslige leiligheter men litt skuffende at det fortsatt renoveres bygg, uten å installere skikkelig ventilasjonsanlegg eller air condition (det var hetebølge under oppholdet) Selve nærområdet er under oppgradering og er preget av et nedsarvet nabobygg (som skal pusses opp). 10/10 strand og et veldig sjarmerende område som kommer til å bli toppkarakter om noen år. Besøker dette stedet gjerne igjen!"
