Leider recht laut gelegenes Zimmer im Haus 7 erhalten mit Blick auf Hauswand des Haupthauses. Von der Straße am Haupteingang stetiger Straßenlärm. Morgens ab 05:30 Uhr zudem Geklapper und Geschepper von der Küche des Frühstückbereichs, da Fenster dort geöffnet. Ausschlafen? Fehlanzeige! Frühstück selbst ist okay. Zimmer sehr hellhörig zum Gang und zum Nachbarzimmer. Zimmerausstattung ebenfalls okay, wirkt aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Personal (Empfang, Frühstück) super!

Hotel ligger lidt uden for centrum, men det var ikke dyrt at tage en taxa dertil. Overraskende hyggelig by, hvor stoertebecker brauhaus absolut er et besøg værd

Das Zimmer war alt und schmutzig. Ich hatte einen Hautausschlag im Gesicht nach der Nacht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auf dem Level eines Drittwelt-Landes. Alles in Allem erschreckend.

Sehr aufmerksames Personal an der Rezeption. Das Zimmer mit Balkon ist großzügig mit Kochnische ausgestattet, wobei Geschirr auf Anfrage bereitgestellt wird. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig und ansprechend arrangiert.

3 stars : not one less, not one more

Had booked my multi-day stay a long time in advance and communicated my wish for a room on a higher floor, but had to stay the whole time on the ground floor. This, together with there being no straightforward way to request a room change (you were supposed to remember to ask for it in the mornings) made me feel less valued as guest. Very little appetizing choice at the breakfast buffet. For the rest a good deal for the money.

Das VCH Greifswald ist ein großes Hotelkomplex außerhalb der Stadt Greifswald im Gewerbegebiet. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein riesiger Parkplatz, welcher der umliegenden Gewerbe dient. Entsprechend laut und unattraktiv ist es dadurch. Im Komplex befindet sich außerdem noch ein Internat. Das Hotel besitzt den unverkennbaren Charme eines Studentenwohnheimes. Entsprechend sind die Zimmer einfach möbliert und vor allem hellhörig. Mich hat der Lärm aus den anliegenden Zimmern und aus dem Parkplatz stark gestört. Entsprechend dem Hotel, hat das Restaurant den unverkennbaren Flair einer Mensa. Das Frühstück war recht einfach, bei dem Preis allerdings mehr als erwartet. Leider hatte der Kaffee in der Thermoskanne bereits Zimmertemperatur beim Frühstück. Es muss natürlich auch solche, sehr einfache Hotels geben, für Leute die über weniger Einkommen verfügen und die über jeden Euro den sie sparen froh sind. Vor allem für Familien mit wenig Einkommen eignet sich das Hotel hervorragend, vor allem weil man dort isoliert ist, ohne großartige Möglichkeiten im Gewerbegebiet Geld auszugeben. Bis auf ein griechisches Restaurant in ca. 1,5 km Entfernung gibt es ansonsten weit und breit keine Geschäfte. Wichtig zu erwähnen ist, dass die Reinigung der Zimmer jeden zweiten Tag stattfindet. Da das Hotel nun doch zu laut, zu einfach und auch zu weit vom Schuss war, kommt es für mich nicht mehr in Frage, aber es muss auch solche Angebote für Gering- und Geringstverdiener geben.

Im allgemeinen ganz ok zu einem guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Durch die Architektur und die Lage am Stadtrand hat man eher den Eindruck von einem Wohnheim statt eines Hotels. Dazu kommt, dass offensichtlich viele Montagearbeiter das Hotel als Unterkunft nutzen. Wen das alles nicht stört sei es sehr empfohlen.

Gunstigt price/value-forhold

Hotellets rengøringsstandard var helt i top - der var ikke et støvgran at se. Servicen var meget fin - receptionisten hentede en kop kaffe til mig, mens jeg ventede på en taxa. Hotellets tilstand var i top - idet det var helt nybygget, dog i en meget neutral arkitektur - en legesyg arkitekt ville have været en fordel. Gode parkeringsforhold. At man deler bad og toilet med naboværelset er ikke noget problem, for det er der taget højde for i prisen. Fine forholdsregler vedrørende spisning i morgenmadsrestauranten i forbindelse med Corona-pandemien.

Hotel im Industriegebiet

Das Hotel entsprach unseren Erwartungen. Die Gestaltung mit einem Bad für zwei Zimmer ist sicher ungewöhnlich. Da aber bei Doppel- oder Einbettzimmerbelegung jeweils ein Zimmer verschlossen bleibt, stört dies nicht. Hotel liegt in einem Industriegebiet. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung.

Kvinnan i receptionen trevlig så som frukostpersonalen. Rummet var rent men slitet och väldigt lite komfort eller myskänsla. Vi hade ett rum på nedervåningen, säkert för att vi hade hund med oss. Gardinerna gick inte att stänga helt vilket var obehagligt då folk rörde sig utanför. Industribyggnader utanför där folk jobbade shift. Det var långt till centrum, även med bil. Frukosten var ok. Men inget mer.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Das Hotel ist nicht wirklich gemütlich, eher sachlich und nüchtern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis jedoch ist sehr gut, ich habe ruhig geschlafen und ein ordentliches Frühstück vorgefunden - mehr habe ich nicht gesucht.
