Accommodation comprises, lounge with Sat TV, Chrome, wifi & air conditioning, leading to the open plan fitted kitchen & dining area. 2 air conditioned bedrooms, one double & a second bedroom with 3 single beds. 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath & the other with shower. Private terrace with terrace furniture. Community swimming pool. Free street parking close by. Nerja! The jewel of the Costa del Sol. Probably the best climate in Europe! Nerja is a coastal town at the foot of the Almijara mountains with a long tradition of fishing and agriculture. The fishermen still pull their nets ashore on Burriana beach and fresh produce can still be bought from the doorways of local people´s houses. The weekly market (Tuesdays) attracts many traders and shoppers from all over the region and the town centre has a vibrant, friendly atmosphere with many lovely shops and tapas bars & restaurants. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden. Was uns gefehlt hat, wir sind nachts angekommen und hätten uns gewünscht, dass das Türlicht aussen angeschaltet gewesen wäre. Im Dunkeln ist die Anlage doch unübersichtlich und wir sind bald eine Stunde umher geirrt, bis wir das Appartment gefunden hatten. Paar minpuntjes: servies is te weinig (denk aan schaaltjes voor yoghurt), de 2 zitbanken die ronduit lelijk zijn en er mogen in de badkamer wel wat meer haakjes en/of rekjes om iets op te kunnen hangen. Close walking distance to Burriana Beach, but set in a quiet area. We had the swimming pool to ourselves during our stay. Började med att skura av golv både inne och på altanen. Tvättade dynor och utemöbler för att kunna använda dom. Men läget är perfekt. La localisation de l’appartement est optimum (plage de burriana, supermarché, calme de la résidence) et le propriétaire est réactif et organisé. Ligt op slechts een paar minuten lopen heuvel afwaarts van het mooiste strand van Nerja: Burriana beach met een groot aantal restaurants en een paar minuten lopen de heuvel op zit een grote supermarkt. Het centrum van Nerja is iets verder weg, ongeveer 15 minuten lopen. De keuken heeft een complete inrichting. Het terras is lekker ruim en bied de hele dag zowel schaduw als zon. Het zwembad is bereikbaar middels een afgesloten deur. Hadden wij steeds voor ons alleen.
