"There were so many issues with this room, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, there wasn’t drainage trap on the tub. The door into the room was missing the security lock, it also looked like it had been kicked in and not hung back correctly The microwave door wouldn’t open, the coffee maker was missing parts."

"The tv controls did not work, could not change channels. The telephone did not work - it was not even connected. AC worked very well."
