Due to Coronavirus we are taking all necessary precautions to clean and sanitize with the utmost care! Our cleaners will be wearing masks and gloves for cleaning and using products with bleach to sanitize all surfaces. We will also be washing and drying all linens on the hottest settings. We will provide Lysol cleaning wipes for guest use. Prior to guest arrival and upon guest departure we will be asking if anyone has experienced any flu/virus like symptoms so that we might take extra precautions in those cases. We ask that guests reschedule their visit if anyone has been sick up to 1 week before their arrival. Ok on to the good stuff... This 2 bedroom 2 bath downstairs unit has been completely renovated. Everything is new including AC, windows, insulation, roof, flooring, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, furniture, etc...many rentals in Newport have old windows (noisy) and no AC. Important to ask! One garage spot included. (parking can be hard in Newport) having a parking spot is really important! There is also free parking in front of the house and a paid parking lot nearby that is free at night which is helpful for guest parking. Dedicated Washer/Dryer for your unit in the garage (no charge/coins) We even provide laundry soap. Everything you need for the beach is included and here on site, including bicycles with locks and helmets, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, surfboards, wetsuits galore and more! Saves you a ton of money and super convenient! West Newport is awesome. Take the bikes to Huntington Beach or the Newport Pier. The Newport Pier is only 2 miles away and Balboa Fun Zone is 4 miles away. Or walk across the street and have breakfast at Cappys, lunch at Eat Chow, Burger Boss, Newport Beach Cafe. A few of our favorites! Balboa Island is just a ferry ride away - really fun on the bikes or in your car. The kids will love it! The beach is huge on this end of Newport so it doesn't feel crowded and its very relaxing. Lifeguard towers all around and on duty all summer. Also some great surf camps right in our beach backyard - you could walk the kids out in the morning and get some time to yourself! The master bedroom has a king bed with pillow top, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower, large wall mount TV, ceiling fan, convenient bench to put your shoes on -its a very comfortable room! The second bedroom has an adorable built in day bed (little shorter than a twin), great for a kiddo that wants to sleep in room with mom and dad or it makes for a great reading spot! Flat screen TV and ceiling fan. Plenty of closet space for clothes and to store your suit case. The living room has a couch with full size pull out bed (memory foam). 65" Smart TV with Netflix capability, and DVD player. Kitchen is really nice, spacious and open. Gas range and oven, microwave, big refrigerator, and everything you'll need to enjoy your vacation (Kuerig coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, toaster, etc..) We provide most of the basics (toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoos, basic kitchen stuff (salt & pepper, oil, sugar, etc..) We know your going to love this house as much as we do! We are sticklers for cleanliness and don't cut corners on anything! Its a thrill to see our guests faces when we open the door for them and they are so happy - its equally thrilling when we get a great review and just knowing we helped someone have a great vacation.
