“到达酒店时门口没有站门童提行李，办理入住和前台反应了之后他们立刻帮忙去搬行李。入住的两天里进出都未见过门口有门童。办理入住时有欢迎饮料，房间宽敞干净，装饰和配色漂亮，客房清洁员很可爱，把我们的墨镜戴在房间里酒店小熊的脸上。本来想尝试酒店的米其林餐厅，被告知周五周六都没有位置了，周日周一不营业。所以想来此吃饭一定要提前预约。不过我认为建议酒店是否可以考虑为住客预留几个餐厅位置。酒店位置很方便，附近有一些餐馆和咖啡厅，离商业街和景点也不远，总体来说是不错的体验”

Etwas vermisst haben wir das Frühstücksangebot und eine persönlich besetzte Rezeption – der Check-in läuft elektronisch, kleine Startschwierigkeiten wurden telefonisch aber prompt behoben. Eine Klimaanlage wäre an warmen Tagen wünschenswert, ist in Deutschland aber zum Glück selten wirklich kritisch. Unter dem Strich ein gutes Haus, das wir gerne wieder buchen würden.”

“Sie haben jedem von uns eine große Tasse Heißgetränk gebracht, und im Zimmer stand auch für jede Person eine Flasche Wasser und ein kleines Stück Schokolade bereit – so aufmerksam! Auch wenn es kleine Dinge sind, hat mich die dahinterstehende Fürsorge wirklich gerührt.
Im Restaurant erhielten wir automatisch 25 % Rabatt auf das Essen. Unser Zimmer ging tatsächlich zum Fluss hinaus, und abends konnten wir sogar die Silvesterfeuerwerke direkt vom Zimmer aus sehen. Wir haben uns so unglaublich……

“The hotel itself was quite nice and boasted an excellent location, right next to the highlights of the old town. The room was also very spacious and well-equipped. However, the best part of the hotel - the sauna - was not properly communicated to me during check-in, which I only discovered on my last night, much to my disappointment.
I feel that the hotel should provide better information to visitors about the amenities and facilities they offer. Had I known about the sauna earlier, I could have……

“Arriving by train had to ask how to get to hotel as having NO working handy coming from oversees . The access to hotel very steep and a challenge using a walker (rollator), however it was very nice of the receptionist/manager backing down a car to manage the steep hill, although there are 45 steps to use. Later on enjoying a beer/wine in the very quiet lobby using the rocking chairs. To explore Meissen, we used a taxi from hotel - called by staff - to the Dom and from there a sight seeing bus……
