“깨끗했어요 편안했어요 조용했어요 화장실은 1층에만 있어서 침실이 2층이라 좀 불편해요 그리고 출입구는 너무좁아서 차량 운전시 조심해야해요”

“因為是自助型式，連住的話有需要可以自行清潔。如果你要求酒店亦會提供新毛巾，否則毛巾是不換的。早餐只提供碎蛋沙律三文治 一杯小咖啡或果汁，味道是不錯的但每天都一樣就有點扣分。總括來說是性價比高的選擇。”

“1. 離黑川老街有一段距離，附近沒有什麼生活機能，也沒東西可以吃，晚上要吃飽再來。 2. 飯店接待處非常非常不明顯，找半天才找到。接待處的阿姨人很親切，不過只會日語，外國遊客需要靠翻譯機才能溝通。 3. 飯店內不像一般日式旅館有提供浴衣（要另外付費）、室內拖鞋、鋪床服務等。 4. 小木屋2F是獨立單人床上下舖，如果情侶或夫妻想要睡在一起就沒辦法。 5. 露天溫泉挺棒的，很有fu。不過洗澡的地方居然要先穿過溫泉？？這動線設計實在有點奇怪。”

“很喜歡这間小屋kiri,很舒服，當天下雪，超喜歡这個電暖桌子，整個房子有暖氣很溫暖。屋子的露天溫泉十分好，水溫夠熱。正！（但洗澡也在室外，怕冷人仕注意！）一般煮食用品也齊全，我自帶便携爐打邊爐。 服務枱的叔叔很親切及細心，入住時會詳細介紹大浴池和房子設備，還送了一支精美的筆給我，謝謝啊。 還有，屋子外的可看到日出日落，星星也很美 我下次到黑川必再入住（自駕的），很好的體驗：）”

“All the facilities are wonderful in the villa. However, it is very hard to find. Only suitable for experienced drivers, and it is better to go there in the daytime.”

“The host was responsive And helpful! Overall it was a good stay except for some items...The room was much smaller than in the pictures. The shower head was super strong and hArd to use. The floor in the place was not the cleanest (hair and dust everywhere). ”

“This was advertised as having a kitchen. Kitchen facilities are in another building that are communal. The other option is to rent a gas burner. Everything is extra (e.g. trash, gas burner). Heater for room kept turning off. Barely enough space for 3 futons. Japanese communal bathrooms near bungalows, western style in main building. We only stayed one of the two nights booked even though we did not get a refund.”

“外輪山を登った眺めの良いところにあり、お店が徒歩圏内になくても、阿蘇山を眺めたりと楽しめました。”

“Very special and nice place to stay, very near to kumamoto castle, good location, however better to drive there. Sometimes quite noisy at night due to the traffic, other than that great place to stay, highly recommended”

“入室の案内をメール送信してもらいましたが、鍵の置き場所がわからず、確認に40分ほどかかりました。キーボックス→南京錠型のキーボックスであること、南京錠型のキーボックスは建物の外にあることなどをもう少し丁寧に伝えないと、ポストボックスや宅配ボックスをキーボックスと間違えてしまいます。お部屋のコンディションは良かっただけに、入室の案内だけが不親切で残念でした。”
